Description

Shift: 3:30 PM to Midnight (2nd Shift), with potential overtime and Saturday shifts

Role Overview:

The technician will support residential HVAC manufacturing, primarily focusing on troubleshooting, maintaining, repairing, and improving production run-test equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate shift handovers and ensure testing equipment is operational before production begins.
  • Respond to troubleshooting calls and diagnose electrical and electronic equipment failures.
  • Work with production and lab teams to resolve test equipment issues.
  • Repair, rebuild, and improve existing testing equipment when not responding to service calls.

Key Skills:

  • Must-have: Strong hands-on industrial electrical and electronic hardware troubleshooting experience.
  • Familiarity with industrial electrical cabinets, control panels, and PLC systems.
  • Basic understanding of hydraulic systems.
  • Huge Plus: LabVIEW experience.

Ideal Candidate Profiles:

  • HVAC Field Service Technicians with industrial electronics experience.
  • Industrial Maintenance or Electrical Technicians with some familiarity with HVAC equipment.
