Description

TITLE : Virtual Learning Producer

Manager is open to consider 100% remote but the person need to work as per the Eastern Time Zone

Onsite is considered as 1st priority | Remote is the 2nd priority || For onsite candidate it would be 4 days onsite and 1 day remote per week (Mon-Thu: Onsite & Fri: Remote)

Option on site/Hybrid  or remote

Manager's Update:

  • Minimum Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Must have 5-10 years of exp.
  • Able to define the standard for Class for Teams
  • Prior exp. with Learning solutions
  • Platform and Tools: Class for Teams, Microsoft Teams, Miro, MS Office Suite, Learning exp. is preferred
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Biggest Challenge: More Engaging
  • Must be a self starter
  • Able to manage multiple projects as per the needs
  • Looking for a Moderator but not a facilitator
  • Not looking for an Instructional Designers
  • Without BS degree - Considered as underqualified
  • Prior life science/Food Services/Pharma/Medical Device/Biotech/BioPharmaceutical industry exp. is required

Interview Process: Manager would like to schedule 1-2 round of virtual interviews in this role

Must Have

  • 5–10+ years of experience in virtual learning production, digital learning delivery, or related field
  • Demonstrated experience managing live, high-visibility virtual sessions, including executive-facing programs
  • Advanced proficiency in platforms such as Class for Teams, Microsoft Teams, and Miro
  • Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills in live environments
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment

Nice To Have

  • Experience in enterprise Learning & Development, sales enablement, or capability-building organizations
  • Familiarity with engagement tools such as Miro, Mentimeter, or similar platforms used to enhance interactivity
  • Certifications in virtual facilitation, digital learning, or instructional design
  • Experience working in a matrixed, global organization

Client is seeking an experienced Learning Virtual Producer to deliver high-quality, engaging virtual and hybrid learning experiences across the enterprise.

  • This individual contributor role operates at the Manager / Senior Manager level and is accountable for the end-to-end production of live virtual learning programs, for client Excellence virtual learning events.
  • The ideal candidate is a virtual production expert who ensures seamless execution, elevates learner engagement, and enables facilitators to deliver impactful learning experiences.
  • This role is critical to scaling client Excellence Academy’s learning strategy through, operational excellence, and exceptional learner experience.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities will include:

Virtual Learning Production

  • Own end-to-end production of virtual instructor-led (vILT), hybrid, and large-scale Excellence learning programs
  • Sets production standards, playbooks and quality thresholds.
  • Lead live session execution, ensuring high-quality, seamless delivery aligned to Excellence standards
  • Conduct technical rehearsals and dry runs to ensure facilitator and speaker readiness

Learning Technology & Platform Management

  • Serve as subject matter expert on virtual platforms (e.g., Class for Teams, Microsoft Teams, Miro) and account management.
  • Configure and manage session environments, including breakout rooms, polling, chat, and collaboration tools
  • Maintain standardized templates, settings, and best practices for consistent delivery
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time and implement preventative solutions

Facilitator & Presenter Support

  • Partner with facilitators, Certified Practitioners and SMEs to optimize delivery for virtual environments
  • Provide coaching on engagement techniques, virtual tool utilization, and effective virtual presence
  • Ensure facilitators are fully supported to focus on content delivery

Learner Engagement & Experience

  • Design and implement interactive elements to drive participation and engagement
  • Monitor learner interaction and adapt in real time to maintain session effectiveness
  • Apply best practices in adult learning and virtual engagement to enhance learning outcomes
  • Support inclusive and accessible learning experiences for global audiences

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze learner feedback and engagement data to refine delivery approaches
  • Contribute to the development of scalable standards, templates, and playbooks

Strategic Responsibilities

  • Partner with instructional designers to translate learning designs into engaging virtual experiences
  • Influence and establish standards for virtual learning delivery across client.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, enhancing the effectiveness of enterprise learning programs
  • Elevate the overall quality and consistency of virtual learning experiences across the organization

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
