Overview:

Rangam, in partnership with multiple manufacturing clients, is recruiting candidates to connect with manufacturers hiring across Florida for production, maintenance, and quality roles.

Selected candidates will be considered for full-time employment with participating manufacturers. Individuals who are hired will be enrolled in a registered apprenticeship program to further develop their skills and advance their careers.

Apprenticeship Programs Include:

• Industrial Manufacturing Technician
• Manufacturing Maintenance Technician
• Production Technologist Associate
• Quality Control Technician

Specific apprenticeship roles are based on Employer hiring needs.

How the Process Works

• Apply to be considered for manufacturing opportunities
• Rangam reviews and screens candidates
• Qualified candidates are referred to hiring manufacturers
• Employers conduct interviews and make hiring decisions
• Once hired, eligible employees will be enrolled in a registered apprenticeship program

Apprenticeship Opportunity (Post-Hire)

• Employees hired by participating manufacturers will be enrolled in a registered apprenticeship program administered by client.
