Description
Position: Customer Support Specialist Location: Malvern PA • Team Setting: Cross-functional, working closely with sales, operations, A/R, and logistics Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the operational bridge between customers and Client’s internal teams • Promptly handle customer inquiries (phone, email, etc.) and deliver excellent service • Process, track, and document orders (from simple to complex projects) • Coordinate order details, quotations, pricing, and shipping with relevant teams • Resolve billing and order discrepancies; liaise with A/R and other functions • Support the sales team with product documentation and customer insights • Participate in internal process improvements and support cross-team collaboration Success Traits: • Passion for customer interaction and problem-solving • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Effective communicator and collaborator • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and (preferably) Salesforce/SAP/AS400/SCPQ Minimum Qualifications: • High School diploma or equivalent • 1+ years’ experience in order management, customer service, or account management • Data Entry and SAP 1 year • Experience with billing, quoting, and related administrative tasks
